We love to entertain here in Aspen. We like a casual but sophisticated ambience. I am always looking for ideas to mange guests but not micro-manage. As the hostess, I am always concerned that everyone gets to taste all the hors devours;

I found that my guests don’t reach across the table; they would only eat what is in front of them.

THE SOLUTION... Let’s bring back the Lazy Susan.

NEXT CHALLENGE…. After searching and googling, the styles were, uh … lets say… 1950s and brown

THE ANSWER… Into my studio I go, to create Lazy Susans with an exceptional design, style and sophistication, pieces that have the global modern aesthetic of Andi-Le. carved and embellished.

They are definitely not your mother’s lazy susans. And they are NOT SO lazy. 3 collections (so far) and more to come.

Bespoke vs Mass Produced Furniture

Finding the right piece, in the right size, in the right tone, with the right elements, can be down right tough. And can leave a bare space in your home for longer than you intended and never being quite finished or quite right.

While buying either a custom pieces or a mass produced piece can be beautiful and exclusive. The exclusivity is in the process not the design.

As a designer and maker, I am moved by a desire for authenticity and pieces genuinely inspired by the maker. I like knowing the hands that touched it, the history, the story and the soul of a piece.

I encourage everyone to find artists and craftsmen that resonate with you. Get involved in the process and create something fresher and more alive.

A home is more than a place to rest your heads. Beautiful objects have the ability to transform. Your home is the best representation of who you are, what you like and how you live.

So my passion is to help you LIVE CREATIVELY!

Mud on the Tires

“You can only get there, with a little mud on the tires”.

Brad Paisley’s song has nothing’ on the mud season in Aspen. The carwash??? It is a “why bother?” Feeding horses? This mud can suck your boot off.

Do I love it?

You bet I do… Once the thaw is over, ahhhhh… Summer is close by.

The bikes are getting tuned, the horses are shedding out and our energy is up. After working inside the studio during the winter cold months, I can open up the big door and  work outside

In The Studio This Week: Great progress has been made on the large sculptural candle holders. They will be on their way to the finisher this week! Prototypes for the latest line of "Accessory Seats" are started. And....

The Andi-Le Alluvium Bench was chosen as an "Editors Choice" in the March edition of Home Accents Today!
